Otis and Norman

Kimberly Kilmer, of Boulder City, NV, heard that eleven-year-old Otis and nine-year-old Norman were abandoned, and needed rescue. Every foster home was full; she had to search and arrange transport. CorgiAid helped with a vet check, and to board and pay for transport to a foster home in Utah.
