The Story of DJ

Last Updated: February 13, 2007

Rescuer: Diane Myers at bdmyers@corgisncritters.org

Diamond Jack, or DJ to his new friends was pulled by the mother of one of our group from a Sapulpa, Oklahoma shelter. She took him to a local vet for neutering and vaccinations before transport. While there, the vet learned that the shelter had had a parvo outbreak and a great many pups were put down. He suggested that since, DJ was now vomiting, he stay with them until parvo could be ruled out. Two days later he did break with parvo and is now being treated for it. The vet says he has an excellent chance of survival and is just too nice a dog not to try. CorgiAid supporters will help DJ get well, so he can look for the loving forever home he deserves. Thank you!

This dog is not available for adoption.
