The Story of Princessa

Last Updated: June 12, 2007

Here is Princessa’s story, in the words of her rescuer:
“Princessa’s owner became ill and turned her into the Manhattan animal care and control shelter. A mixed breed rescue grabbed her and then returned her to the shelter because she was in heat. We took her immediately. She had very severe kennel cough. We treated her and we noticed a limp. She was xrayed and has hip displasia. treatable with cosequin. She was adopted in May.”
CorgiAid supporters have helped with the amount of Princessa’s medical expenses that could not be covered by her adoption fee. Thank you!
