Augie was an owner surrender to the Montgomery Animal Shelter in Montgomery Alabama. They were moving and couldn’t take him with them.My contact at the shelter called this sweetie Fat and Lazy……..at 55 pounds and with his build, he becomes winded easily, has a hard time navigating stairs and in serious need of a diet and working into an exercise program. This boy has a heart of gold, a gentle temperament and lots of love to give. 7/13Augie’s 2 week checkup and he’s now down to 45 pounds…the foster Mom’s girls and brisk walks are helping….!!!
CorgiAid supporters will help Augie get nice clean teeth, once his weight is down and it is safe for him to be anesthetised. Thank you!
