The Story of Bailey the THird |
Last Updated: April 09, 2008
Here is Bailey’s story, in the words of his rescuer:
“Bailey was turned into us by an older woman with MS. She could no longer afford to care for Bailey and her mother who is in the third stages of Alzheimers. Bailey is a wonderful boy. He loves everyone, and especially children. His foster parents have been taking him to a grade school and girl scouts to discuss pet care. However, Bailey needs IFO on both hips. His femur head is approximatley 1” from the socket of his hip. We have managed him with pain medication with the hope that someone would fall in love with him and have his surgery done. That hasn’t happened.
“Now his pain can no longer be managed and he must have surgery, one hip at a time. ”
CorgiAid supporters will help Bailey get his surgery, so he can be as comfortable as possible and lead the happy life he deserves. Thank you!
