The Story of Cooper |

Here is Cooper’s story, in the words of his rescuer:
“Cooper was a stud at a puppy mill facility until just recently. The breeder agreed to turn him over to the Animal Protective League in August, 2008.
“According to the breeder, Cooper was bit on the nose through the bars of his cage by a dalmatian approximately three years ago. Essentially, the right side of his nose was bitten off. There is an “opening” in that area that is exposed. He is still able to use his other nostril, but he does sneeze a lot and is constantly licking his nose. It also appears that the bite also affected some of his teeth since they are sticking out at unusual angles. He probably also has several teeth that should be extracted.”
Despite all of this, Cooper is a very sweet boy.
CorgiAid supporters will help Cooper get evaluated to see what can be done to help him be more comfortable. Thank you!
