The Story of Curry

Last Updated: August 15, 2008

Rescuer: Lori Nichol at l.nichol@comcast.net

Here is Curry’s story, in the words of his rescuer:
“Curry is a sweet, loving Corgiboy who grew up on a ranch. He came to rescue after having been given to a local shelter.
“Poor Curry came to us with his coat shaved. The hair is trying to come back in but is coarse and brittle. His body is covered in sores from an untreated dermatitis and yet he is happy to sit with his foster parents and snuggle.
“Curry has a broken canine that will need to be removed. He is unaltered (and needs to be) and has a very enlarged testicle that may be cancerous. His skin is covered with sores from an untreated dermatitis and he has a small lump on his chest that we are watching to see if it is an infection or a tumor that needs to be removed. We also want to have him tested for heartworm.
“Curry has been a very sweet and gentle boy, not showing any aggression at all — even when we have had to look in his mouth at a sore, broken tooth and when we have had to shave his belly to look at all the sores he has.”
CorgiAid supporters will help Curry with all of his health care needs. Thank you!

This dog is available for adoption. Please contact Lori Nichol at l.nichol@comcast.net for more information.
