The Story of Limps

Last Updated: May 19, 2008

Rescuer: Jennie Wiseman at cwjw47@hotmail.com

He was picked up as a stray and was limping. He showed pain in the back left leg continually and cried when jostled or picked up. The shelter feels that he was kicked or dropped and this caused the damage.I (as a shelter volunteer) took him to the local vets office to have him evaluated. The vet checked him and x-rayed his leg. It showed a fracture. He said the pup needed to have a pin inserted and surgery had to be this week or it would set on its own incorrectly. He provided us with 10 days of pain medicine. The shelter can not afford to pay for surgery.
CorgiAid supporters will help this sweet little guy get the care he needs. Thank you!

This dog is available for adoption. Please contact Jennie Wiseman at cwjw47@hotmail.com for more information.
