Here is Penny’s story, in the words of her rescuer: “Little Penny was found in a road ditch, picked up by a kind person and taken to a shelter. She was very thin, very dirty, and so frightened that she would urinate if someone looked at her. Although obviously a young girl, her teeth were covered with that nasty green bacteria.
“After a spay, dental cleaning, and a loving foster home, she is now leading the good life in her new home.”
