Here is Carl’s story, in the words of his rescuer:
“Cosmo Carl was picked up as a stray by the shelter. Three day stray hold, and nobody came for him. He is in homeless condition, really long nails, very thin, starved for food and affection. He has intestinal parasites and is very anemic. But, thankfully, heartworm negative.
“Seems very adoptable. Needs to be relieved of his testicles and checked for all the usual suspects.”
