Here is Roweena’s story, in the words of her rescuer:
“Roweena was pulled from a shelter in Houston. She is sweet and loving, even puts up with puppies. Would love to be a lap dog for life.”
Unfortunately, Roweena brought heartworms with her into rescue. She also needs to get her teeth cleaned, and generally get shined up on her health care.
