The Story of Annie Oakley |

Here is Annie’s story, in the words of her rescuer:
“Annie was purchased for $50.00 by a couple from their neighbor who bred his Corgis. The couple could not afford her vaccines, heartworm preventative, spay. They could barely afford her food. They turned her over to us.
“Annie is a love. She is in a foster home with three Corgi boys whom she rules, and one young female. She is teaching the baby Corgi girl what it’s like to have to rule the roost. She would have been a great mom, but I’m sure glad that we got her first!”
“Annie is well now and most importantly, her skin condition (flea allergy) is taken care of. Her coat is finally coming in.”
CorgiAid supporters have helped with the cost of bringing Annie up to speed on her health care, including a spay and clean teeth. Now she can go forward and lead the happy life she deserves. Thank you!
Annie was rescued in Missouri.
