Here is Rocky’s story, in the words of his rescuer:
“Rocky was in the Animal Control Facility and was to be euthanized. He had been there 6 days and refused to eat. The supervisor called me about him because he was such a sweet dog. I pulled him on monday and took him to Seguin Animal Hospital. There was obviously something going on with his eye. He has “cherry eye” and we are treating him with steroid ointment. If that doesn’t work, he may need surgery. His is in bad need of a dental his teeth look awful and his gums are very infected. I am keeping him at my house. I can get him a free heartworm test locally. He is lilving in my house and appears housetrained and very friendly with people and other dogs. He is sort of skinny.
“He would be an easy and very affectionate pet for a single person or a family. He slept in my bed last night. He is very quiet and seems hard of hearing.”
CorgiAid supporters will help Rocky get healthy, so he can go forward and lead the happy life he deserves. Thank you!
