The Story of Baxter

Last Updated: March 22, 2012

Here is Baxter’s story, in the words of his rescuer:
“Found as a stray in a small NW Kansas town, Baxter was taken to the local municipal dog pound. Lucky for him a woman keeps an eye on the shelter and ‘adopts’ dogs when she can to find new homes for them. She knew Baxter was something special so when he became available for adoption she pulled him from the shelter. She then contacted Corgi Connection of Kansas about taking him into rescue.”
CorgiAid supporters have helped Baxter get up to speed on his health care (including a clean and healthy mouth), so he can go forward and lead the happy life he deserves. Thank you!
Baxter was rescued in Kansas.
