The Story of Charlie |
Last Updated: June 29, 2012
Here is Charlie’s story, in the words of his rescuer:
“Charlie was dumped in a local shelter and they called me immediately asking me to take him. He was vetted there at my request, since I was taking a senior dog. He was VERY distressed and almost died. I have taken him to the vet on two occasions because he was so lethargic. He has been on meds, and I put him in a temporary foster with a single woman and no dogs. He did much better.
“Charlie is healthy except for his teeth, which are a mess. Other than that he is a nice boy. He likes to lay on bare floors, and be by himself.”
CorgiAid supporters will help Charlie get a clean and healthy mouth, so he can go forward and lead the happy retired life he deserves. Thank you!
Charlie was rescued in Maryland.
