The Story of Peanut

Last Updated: August 22, 2013

Rescuer: Gail Hefley at jandg3216@gmail.com

Here is Peanut’s story, in the words of his rescuer:
“We were notified that there was a little blue-eyed corgi in the pound. We went to check on him and he seemed so sad. We didn’t bring him home that day because we were told by the staff that one of the animal control officers might be interested in adopting him. He wasn’t adopted after all, and we couldn’t leave him there any longer. A volunteer foster picked him up. His eyes seemed to be bothering him a bit and he seems a bit stiff in the front. He had lots of ticks that his foster removed and urine scald that needs to heal. He’s been nothing but a sweet, well-behaved boy. You can see the love he has to give shining in those blue eyes.”
CorgiAid supporters have helped Peanut get up to speed on his health care, so he can go forward into the happy life he deserves. Thank you!
Peanut was rescued in Texas.

This dog is not available for adoption.
