Here is Scooter’s story, in the words of his rescuer:
“Scooter was an owner turn-in. Although his original owner had him since a puppy, a child came along in Scooter’s ‘later’ years and he wasn’t happy. Of course, it was ‘too difficult’ to keep the dog and child separated. So now we have the smartest, most well adjusted, TV commentator ever 🙂
“Scooter loves to watch TV!! He carries on conversations with himself, gives his political opinions, barks at Cats on the TV and loves to watch food commercials!! He is very smart, is obedient and just an all around perfect Corgi boy!!
“Scooter is a hoot!! Very playful, smart and endears himself to everyone he meets :)”
