The Story of Freya

Last Updated: August 03, 2014

Rescuer: B. Diane Myers at ccrescue@dogsweetdog.com

Here is Freya’s story, in the words of her rescuer:
“Freya was adopted from the but didn’t like cats at her new home and that became an issue between Freya and the resident female dog, who is protective of the cats and decided she really didn’t like Freya. The adopter worked with they shelter to find rescue, so she didn’t have to go back to the shelter.
“Freya is an a stubby little Cowboy Corgi (ACD/Corgi mix), and she is blind. She has a consult for the eyes this week to determine if the blindness is correctable. One eye is bulging and is appears painful, so we at least need to address getting that taken care of.”
CorgiAid supporters are helping with the expense of getting Freya up to speed on her health care, including getting her eyes examined to determine what is going on. Thank you!
Freya was rescued in Oklahoma.

This dog is not available for adoption.
