The Story of Poppy

Last Updated: April 22, 2014

Here is Poppy’s story, in the words of her rescuer:
“Poppy was found by a citizen in a very rural area, obviously dumped as she continued to sit by the road and wait for whoever left her there to come back. Covered in fleas and ticks and in active heat, the citizen picked her up and brought her to us in the nick of time. We had her spayed and she has a tick borne disease but otherwise healthy.”
CorgiAid supporters have helped Poppy get healthy, so she can go forward into the happy life she deserves. Thank you!
Poppy was rescued in Oklahoma.
