The Story of Butter

Last Updated: December 24, 2015

Here is Butler’s story, in the words of his rescuer:

“Butler was abandoned by his family in a shelter in Texas, as being ‘too much responsibility.’ The chain marks around his next showed that he had been reduced to a life as a yard dog. He was very sick with ringworm and heartworm and needed a safe place to land. Through efforts of some great members of corgi nation, he made his way to Celtic Corgi Rescue where he can be treated and is being fostered now by the family who will keep and love him through treatment and forever.”

CorgiAid supporters are helping Butler beat those nasty worms and fungi, so he can feel better and get ready to move on into a happy life. Thank you!

Butler was rescued in Oklahoma.
