Rocky

Here is Rocky’s story, in the words of his rescuer:

“Rocky came to us from a man who supposedly was a rescuer who got in over his head and started posting dogs online saying he was downsizing. He told us that he rescued Rocky from an abusive owner that kicked Rocky bad enough to break his hips. Rocky was filthy, and had horrible skin issues. One week in the rescue on good quality food and his skin issues are improving greatly. But, the visit with the vet told us that the man’s story was true. Rocky has a broken pelvis and a fracture stifle. He needs our help badly.”

CorgiAid supporters helped Rocky get the vet care he needed, including evaluation of his injuries. It was deemed best for him to not intervene surgically. Thank you, for standing by ready to help in more drastic ways if that had been best for him!

Rocky was rescued in Oklahoma.
