The Story of Reni

Last Updated: June 20, 2017

Here is Reni’s story, in the words of her rescuer:

“Reni was admitted into rescue on 05/30/2017. She was obtained from a breeder in Missouri, who surrendered six dogs into our rescue. It was noted by the breeder’s vet that Reni had inguinal hernias.

“Reni’s spay surgery and hernia repair was more difficult than expected, due to friable uterine tissue and much scarring from previous c sections. She was kept at the veterinary hospital a few extra days to ensure she would not hemorrhage.”

CorgiAid supporters have helped Reni get the surgery she needed, and have also helped her get a clean and healthy mouth. Thank you!

Reni was rescued in South Carolina.
