The Story of Ranger

Last Updated: November 26, 2020

This is Ranger’s story:
Ranger was taken to a shelter in 2015, his owner had died and a family member dropped him off at the shelter noting that he was incontinent. The shelter vet thought he might have diabetes. Rescue took him in and he was put in a foster home. Ranger was diagnosed with diabetes, and had issues with being able to stabilize his blood sugar for over a year. Because of his age of about 10 years, and the difficulty in placing a dog with diabetes, it was decided that Ranger would remain in permanent foster care. CorgiAid will assist in the continuing cost of his insulin and care needs under our Eldercare program. Ranger is a very sweet boy who is now feeling much better and enjoying life to his fullest.
