Sunshine

Sunshine was surrendered to an animal shelter due to her elderly owner having to move in with her son. The son had several of his own dogs and couldn’t take on his mother’s Corgi. The shelter contacted rescue and a foster was found for her. Sunshine is 7 years old but behaves like a younger Corgi. She is a beautiful dog, and well mannered. When Sunshine was taken to the vet for an exam, it was discovered that she had mange, hot spots, lick granulomas, some small mammary masses and a mass on the side of her neck. Sunshine had the surgery she required and is awaiting the results of the biopsy on her neck while she recovers in foster care.
