The Story of Zoe

Zoe’s owner surrendered her to WDCR due to not being able to care for her. Her previous owner and her mom had disabilities and were physically unable to take care of her. Zoe had been neglected for several years; she is obese, has had not vaccines for 3 years, has a UTI and had nails so long they dug into her foot pads. She is a very sweet girl and once she has lost her weight, and her UTI clears up, has a lot of quality of life left in her.
