Ranger

Ranger: Granted 8/23/2021

The Story of Ranger

Ranger found himself as a stray in a high kill shelter in Texas. Once his stray hold was up, rescue was able to get him into a foster home. Ranger is estimated to be about 10 years old, and arrived in the shelter extremely emaciated and with hair loss over his entire rear area. On examination, it was found that Ranger had a mouth full of rotten teeth with infection and his hair loss was due to mange. Ranger will have his mouth attended to, be treated for mange and be neutered when he has gained some weight and is healthy enough to undergo surgery. He is very friendly, full of life, and once he has had his mouth cared for, he should be able to enjoy a good life with the right home.
