Here is Putter’s story, in the words of his rescuer:

“Putter was on a Facebook garage sale sight Free to Good Home. A Good Samaritan got him and brought him to us. He needed to be neutered and vaccinated and of course he has heartworm. But he’s a lovely fellow and we are happy to get him healthy and into a better home.”
