Here is Ted’s story, in the words of his rescuer:
“Ted Rambler was found wandering the streets of an oil and gas city. Very nice people brought him in off the streets, and tried to find his owner. After several weeks of searching they contacted rescue to help. Ted’s skin was red from being around oil and gas, being unkempt for quite some time, and his mouth was nasty and in need of dental care, including the removal of slab fractures and infection in both molars.”

Ted was rescued in Texas.
