Here is Percy’s story, in the words of his rescuer:
“Percy was spotted in a West Texas shelter by volunteers who knew of our rescue. We were contacted and of course agreed to bring this adorable little boy into rescue. Percy scored the rescue lottery! Transport arrangements were quickly made by wonderful volunteers and he arrived safely to our foster. Luckily, Percy is generally healthy. He was somewhat underweight and in need of neutering, but lucky to not have a tick borne illness or worse.”
