Here is Gracie’s story, in the words of her rescuer:
“The dog was picked up by the Council Bluffs animal shelter and adopted out back in June/July. The people that adopted her took her to the vet and she was heartworm positive. They started what one of two treatments and brought her back to the she shelter. Then the shelter brought her to the vet because she was looking bad.”
CorgiAid supporters are helping Gracie get rid of those nasty worms, and get caught up on the rest of her health care, so she can go forward and lead the happy life she deserves. Thank you!
