Rescue became aware of Squirrel, when is owner passed and the family took him to a shelter. He has a birth defect in both back legs and wasn’t adopted when he became available. Rescue went to evaluate him and learned he’s sweet as can be and shows no signs of pain from the birth defect in his back legs. They took him in. On medical examination and evaluation it was determined that Squirrel’s deformities will allow him to manage and that he does not experience pain from them. He had severe periodontal disease and required 5 extractions. Squirrel is only 5 years old and has a prospective adopter to give him the loving home he deserves.
