To insert pictures, open original application in a separate tab or window.  Click on the picture to use to open it full size.  Right click on the picture, selecting "copy image link".  Come back to this form and paste the URL from your clipboard.

If picture needs editing or rotating, edit and then upload to Media using a new tab.  Return to form and paste in new URL.
