In loving memory of George, who passed over the rainbow bridge in September 2013. George was definitely a part of the Appel family. Together, they shared so many memories with him. George was a friend to each of them personally, in ways that only each of them can understand. The quiet moments with George were sometimes the most touching or memorable. A lick on the face, the tired tranquility at the end of a walk, the jingle that let them know he was around the corner. The family had 12 years with that beautiful puppy. Although George has crossed over the rainbow bridge, nothing can take away their wonderful memories of him.
