Here is Duncan’s story, in the words of his rescuer:
“Duncan and his long time companion were a breeding pair that when I told the person she would need to help with cost of spay and neuter on these two, told me she had no $$ and instead ended contact with me, gave the dogs to her neighbor who promptly took them to the nearest shelter. We received word of these two there and went and pulled them both immediately. Never once was it mentioned that he needed a dental (rotten infected teeth) or that he had minor tumors on his tongue that were bleeding.
“Duncan is in good shape for his age and conditions.
“The growth on tongue was benign 🙂 He is doing very well…”
