The Story of Daisy

Last update 09/20/2025

Daisy was found running loose and was shuffled around for a bit. She ended up with a young lady that was willing to foster her, even though she had a ringworm diagnosis and despite having other dogs. A local Corgi rescue helped the foster carer safely quarantine Daisy, by providing everything from a crate to gloves to apply treatment and ensure the spores weren’t transferred to anyone else – people or dogs. She also suffered from mange. She received heartworm prevention, was microchipped, spayed, and vaccinations.
