The Story of Shadow |
Last Updated: July 27, 2004
Rescuer: Carolyn Brickner at cbrickner@hotmail.com
Shadow found as a stray in Springfield, OH, and taken to the Clark County Humane Society. From the shelter, he went into rescue.
He is very alert, happy, loving, learns quickly, non-aggresssive, calm, smart, and obedient. Housebroken, maybe at one time was in obedience training. His rescuer has four other dogs and he gets along just fine and loves to romp and play with all four.
He seems like a healthy dog except for his front left leg. He might have been hit by a car, with a stick, just don’t know until the vet has checked him. He has a cough and sneeze that needs to be checked out. Shadow’s rescuer says: “This dog would make someone a very loving companion. He absolutely loves people and dogs. I don’t know his reaction to children as we don’t have any. There were teenagers in the shelter and he got along just fine.”
CorgiAid supporters will help Shadow get up to speed on his health care, and will get his leg checked out.
Thank you!
