The Story of Penny

Last Updated: November 13, 2005

Rescuer: Barbara Blume at blumebb@yahoo.com

Penny was attacked by three other, larger dogs in her previous home. Her rescuer collected her from the vet after 10 days of not knowing if she would live. In the attack she suffered several wounds, one under her back leg and on one elbow are not healing by themselves but have complications. Surgery must be done to close the wounds properly and she must be treated for heartworms.
In addition to all her injuries, heartworms! Poor Penny!
CorgiAid supporters will help Penny get healthy, so she can look for her forever home. Thank you!

This dog is not available for adoption.
