Winston was an owner turn-in at the shelter.
Here is his story as told by his rescuer:
“Winston upon arrival at my house showed extreme mouth pain..and was limping on back leg….Also had a chain burn on back leg.
“Nice gentle boy…even through he is was in alot of pain never showed any aggession towards other dogs….A very bonding guy and wants to be by your side.
“Winston was bleeding from his mouth and shaking …could not eat..He is now taking moist food…. The leg was x-rayed…no breaks …just a sprain which the vets feel will heal. The chain sore is being treated and will heal. He also had numerous fly bites on ears …that are being treated and will heal. The heartworm treatment has been started and hopefully will go smoothly.”
CorgiAid supporters will help Winston get healthy, so he can look for the loving family he deserves. Thank you!
