Here is Bailey’s story, in the words of his rescuer:
“Bailey was an owner surrender to a very nice local shelter near us. They said they were “Moving”. They have given him all of his shots, and he was previously neutered. However, because he has some severe skin issues, they were unable to place him and requested our assistance. The contact also said that he was becoming very depressed. Which is indeed the case. We need to find out what his skin problem is and get it treated so that he can find a home that he deserves. All he wants is to cuddle and have his tummy rubbed, but some of his skin is so sore.”
