Happy was found under a car in a car lot (in a relatively “bad” neighborhood) last November 2006 by some people who work across the street and always help the lost animals that they come across.
He was very fearful, and required a lot of emotional rehab to feel comfortable with people and with living in a house.
Added to his other difficulties, he broke his elbow.
CorgiAid supporters will help Happy get his elbow fixed so he can be comfortable and look for his forever home.
