Andy, FKA Kandy

Andy was adopted in 2003 by a family. This family allowed him to get to a weight of 55 lbs. Due to the wear and tear this has caused to his neck and spine Andy now needs surgery. The owners did not care to pay for the surgery and turned poor Andy over to rescue.
Andy’s doctors have predicted he has an excellent chance at a happy healthy life. CorgiAid supporters will help Andy feel better while he loses weight.
