The Story of Sam

Last Updated: December 09, 2012

As much as we all hope that every rescue story can have a happy ending, reality is not always so kind.
Tissue alert — this is a sad story.
Sam and his brother came into rescue with their mama (a purebred Pembroke corgi). Both of the puppies broke with parvo, and after a week in the hospital, unfortunately Sam did not survive that horrid disease.
CorgiAid supporters have helped with the expense of Sam’s hospitalization and humane euthanization. Thank you.
