Here is Dottie’s story, in the words of her rescuer:
“We found out about Dottie July 10, 2013. When she was still at the shelter on July 18th we couldn’t just leave her there to be euthanized–so she came home with us. From the time she jumped into the crate in the van, through tick removal, a bath and loud blow dryer she has been nothing but happy and loving. She even gave kisses while being dried. Dottie loves children (both younger and older), loves to play with other dogs, and above all loves to play fetch and tug. She’s a very playful, athletic, happy girl that has lots of energy, yet is easy going and well behaved in the home. We believe that she would be a great potential for a performance home or active family.”
CorgiAid supporters have helped Dottie get shined up on her health care, so she could go forward and lead the happy life she deserves. Thank you!
Dottie was rescued in Texas.
