The Story of Chica

Last Updated: August 25, 2015

Rescuer: B. Diane Myers at ccrescue@dogsweetdog.com

Here is Chica’s story, in the words of her rescuer:
“Little 3 months old Chica (corgi/cairn mix) was left at the shelter most likely due to her heart problem. She is so adorable with her short little legs and ears too big. Precious baby. Initial diagnosis is PDA.”
CorgiAid supporters have helped Chica get a consultation with a cardiologist, and then get the PDA surgery she needed. This little fireball is doing very well and expected to have a great life. Thank you!
Chica was rescued in Oklahoma.

This dog is available for adoption. Please contact B. Diane Myers at ccrescue@dogsweetdog.com for more information.
