| The Story of George W |
Last Updated: November 10, 2015
Here is George’s story, in the words of his rescuer:
“George W is an owner surrender from his second home. His first home had no time for him, so his ‘Grandma’ became his new home and she had a ‘life adjustment’ and moved into an upstairs small apartment with George W. He could not get out to play nor potty but once a day and in turn kept getting bladder infections which turned to bladder stones. Surgery was performed and then owner decided she had no further time for him. George W came in with a bladder infection, mass on his shoulder and dirty teeth…..and very depressed.
“George may be 11 years old, but he looks like a puppy. He is a very sweet boy.”
George is feeling ever so much better now.
CorgiAid supporters have helped with the expense of dealing with his medical issues, and he has discovered it’s possible to be comfortable and to have fun. Thank you!
George was rescued in Arizona.
