The Story of Pumpkin

Last Updated: June 08, 2015

Here is Pumpkin’s story, in the words of her rescuer:
“I was made aware of Pumpkin through the SW Corgi and Central Fl Corgi facebook pages. I volunteered to help as I am very close to the county shelter and I know it is a high kill facility.
“Happy, well behaved little corgi… We don’t think she was used to living inside. She may have been an outside dog, but adjusted quickly to living indoors.”
Pumpkin brought a load of nasty heartworms into rescue with her. CorgiAid supporters have helped Pumpkin get up to speed with her health care, including getting rid of those awful worms. Thank you!
Pumpkin was rescued in Florida.
