Here is Leroy’s story, in the words of his rescuer:

“Leroy is a corgi/heeler mix and was in a Texas shelter when he came to the attention of rescuers. After being sprung from the shelter transport was arranged and he made his way to us, where he is being fostered. Unfortunately Leroy has heartworm and a serious bladder infection, and will need those problems solved before he can go to his forever home.”
