The Story of Hunter

Last Updated: July 13, 2018

Here is Hunter’s story in the words of his rescuer:

“Hunter was surrendered to rescue when his family was no longer able to care for him. Hunter is diabetic, and his blood glucose fluctuates quite a bit. He came into rescue overweight and not current on heartworm prevention. He is vision impaired, but is able to ambulate well.”

CorgiAid supporters are helping with Hunter’s medical expenses as he works on getting to a healthy weight, and as his care-givers work at helping him get his blood sugar balanced. Thank you!

Hunter was rescued in the Carolinas.
