Here is Lady’s story, in the words of her rescuer:

“Lady’s previous owner emailed one day with, ‘I need to re-home my Corgi this week, do you have any recommendations? If not, she will go to the Humane Society on Wednesday.’ No other explanation. Until we started conversing — he was ill and needed to move. So Lady was brought into rescue immediately!!

“Lady is being fostered with a blind dog and in the course of only the first 3-4 days, Lady went from scared to being Gwennie’s ‘Seeing Eye Dog’. Lady is very special and a great ambassador for the breed.”
