The Story of Willie

Last Updated: July 03, 2018

Here is Willie’s story, in the words of his rescuer:

“Willie was surrendered to a shelter, with notes indicating his owners did not want to have a large growth removed from his chest/abdominal area.

“Willie is a very calm and sweet dog.”

After significant testing to make sure the mass had not invaded his chest wall, Willie had surgery to remove it. The excellent news is that it was benign. Thank you, CorgiAid supporters, for helping Willie get ready to move on into a happy new life.

Willie was rescued in the Carolinas.

He’s on the left in the picture.
